Accommodation

The studio apartment is located below the main home and has good views looking down hill across open gardens and hillside to the ocean in the distance.

The accommodation is about 75 yards from the quiet village road and entry is up two or three steps onto a small covered porch area with table and chairs for two people. This is the spot for relaxing, eating and generally hanging out when not at the beach, and there is an abundance of birds, geckos, crickets and fireflies to attract attention by both day and during the evening.

The studio consists of an open plan kitchen area that extends into the bedroom area. There is a double bed with a wooden frame that supports a large and good quality mosquito net.

Adjoining the bedroom area is a shower with hot and cold water, toilet, and a small washbasin.

The apartment was developed in 2003 and is modern and well finished with a tiled floor for coolness. The outer wall is constructed of wood with an effective system of louver shutters to offer optimum air movement and breezes. Air-conditioning was added in 2008.

The whole apartment is designed for two persons sharing a double bed and is equipped to western standards and includes:
